Composer and Oud player, Ihab Radwan studied classical music at the Academy of Cairo from the age of five. After a brilliant musical career in Egypt, he settled down in France. Soloist and composer, he collaborated with Hughes de Courson, as Art Director and Oud player in the Mozart the Egyptian project, and on the Magic Lutes project, with the Qatar Philharmonic Orchestra.
Ihab also composed original music for love movies, which obtained several prizes. He worked on projects of musical interbreeding, with Herbie Hancock, with Egyptian jazz drummer Yehia Khalil, with Egyptian composer Fathy Salama, and with singer Youssou N' Dour.
Ihab also gives Master classes about the Oud, and about Oriental music. For several years, he has been collaborating with jazzman Michel Godard (snorkel (tuba), bass, snake), with whom he has just recorded Soft Desires, as well as with the drummer Anne Paceo.
